Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were practical and spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities like an iron and ironing board, kettle, TV, and ample storage. However, there were a few issues in the bathroom. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to AbdurRahman at reception and Nazrul from the general support team, who were incredibly courteous and friendly. The staff promptly delivered room service exactly as requested. The location was incredibly convenient, being very close to Haram and offering easy access for both young and older guests. The dining experience, while not open buffet during my stay, still provided a fun array of food options. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas that could use improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room we eventually got was amazing for two people, but the initial one had a smell of paint, and there was a dead cockroach in a previous booked room, which was unsettling. The service was cooperative, allowing us to check in early, and the location was good, near the Haram. However, it was not ideal for getting a Careem or Uber taxi. The dining variety was fresh with a lot of delicious options, yet there were concerns about cleanliness. The housekeeping service was exceptional, especially thanks to Habib. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel offers a room that doesn't meet the standard of respected hotels. The lights are very dull, and the view faces a demolition site of old buildings. However, the breakfast provided in the room was a nice touch.
The hotel is conveniently located close to Haram, making it ideal for Umrah Zaireen. The rooms, although not up to 5-star standards with issues like difficulty sleeping due to air condition and water controller, are decent. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk to the Haram, but the joining of two singles beds affected sleep quality. The dining options vary, with some good choices but notably low quality and cleanliness issues. Overall, it's a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
The hotel is conveniently located near Haram Pak, allowing for quick access to the Grand Masjid. The rooms are spacious, but lacking in natural light. The service is courteous and helpful. The dining options are decent but nothing extraordinary. However, the hotel boasts a great location with easy access to the holy Masjid for prayers.
The hotel is conveniently located, with a delightful breakfast offering a wide variety of choices. The rooms are situated conveniently close to the elevator, and the staff is polite and helpful. However, there is a lack of contact information inside the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, despite having some issues with furniture and a broken toilet, were overall good and clean, providing a quiet atmosphere. The location, near Masjidil Haram, added to the overall positive experience, although the busy street outside was a downside. The dining experience was average but had room for improvement. Overall, a reasonably priced stay with some highlights and drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The location was convenient for accessing Masjid E Haram, but the dining options were somewhat limited. Overall, a decent value for the money.
The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance to Haram, offering clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The friendly service, especially from Muhammad Nadeem at the restaurant, added warmth to my stay. The location's proximity to Haram and the availability of a 24-hour shuttle service make it a practical choice for a focused prayer experience. The morning dining options were satisfying, although not extravagant. A good value for a clean and comfortable stay near the Haram.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious enough for four people, featuring great queen-sized beds, but they could use more illumination and had some dust on the furniture. The breakfast was not bad. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist, although there was some confusion about a cancellation policy. The hotel's location was convenient, especially for parking and being close to Masjid Haram. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety of options, especially the tasty spicy omelette made by Kasim at the omelette station.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Haram, offering easy access especially for small families. The rooms, although comfortable, could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. The service was exceptional, with all staff being very accommodating and helpful. Overall, a value-for-money stay with excellent service and a great location for families.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, but a few issues like dust and a musty kettle affected the experience. The service was good overall, although there were some rude interactions. The location was convenient for reaching the Abdulaziz gate, but not without some waiting. The dining experience was delightful, especially at the 'egg station', however, more diverse food options could enhance it even further.
The hotel has a terrific location, very close to Haram and convenient for wheelchair users. The rooms were not as clean as expected and lacked basic amenities. The service was friendly but not professional at specific times. The dining options were satisfactory but limited compared to similar-priced hotels.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a slightly laxed room cleanliness, providing a quiet atmosphere. The location is superb with easy access to the Haram, although the dining options could be more varied.
The hotel is conveniently close to Haram, just a 5-minute walk away, making it a great choice for future stays. The housekeeping service was good, and the staff, especially Mr Mohammed and the reception team, were very accommodating. The dining experience was decent, with a variety of breakfast options available.
